Headmaster Kanti Bajpai spoke about Doon's future and its fund raising efforts at a special Dosco event held in New York on May 14th. Dhruv Sawhney (37-K '61), Chairman of the Board, Analjit Singh (132-J '71) Chairman of the Fundraising Committee and Sati Puri (49-K '52) also a member of the committee participated as well.

Around 50 doscos along the North East corridor attended the event which was organized by Sati Puri, Deepak Thakran and Vinit Khanna.
